“Is this monitor a bestbuy exclusive? I can't seem to find any details or listings of this display on any site, Amazon, HP, ETC. Also will the price go back down again? Would like to get another”

• I'm fairly certain the HP 23es is identical to the 23er with a black back panel as opposed to white. The specs are identical.
