“Can I use headphones II want to use headphones on my laptop but when I pkug in the HDMI cable for the external monitor it cuts the sound out for my headphones. Any solutions?”

• Check your output setting on your computer. HDMI setting usually send audio signal with it together. You need to change the settings so that the audio does not o with HDMI output

• This is a sound settings issue in Windows(I presume) changing your default sound to go through the HDMI. Control Panel -> Sound -> Right click your "headphone" or "line-out" and select to default.
