That's cutting it close. I have the monitor down all the way, and the height is just over 17". Tilting it FORWARD, not back, might get you another half-inch, but that's a lousy viewing angle.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You should have an inch or two to spare. At it's maximum , it's 19.88 inches tall, but you can adjust the height by almost 4 inches, so at it's lowest, it would be just under 16 inches high.
