“I haven't been able to get this to work with my 2019, 16" Mac book pro. I am using the usb-c cord it came with and it keeps saying the input signal isn't found. It's charging my laptop, just not actually showing the screen on the monitor. Help!”

• You cant use the cable that came with your MacBook, you will need a thunderbolt 3 cable. I had the same problem, hope this helps
