The speakers you choose depends on the connections available on the computer and/or sound card, the quality of sound you're looking for, and the price you are willing to pay. While there is USB C connectivity to put the display onto the monitor, there is no output for USB C audio or other data information, i.e. the monitor does not function as a USB hub. Additionally, you cannot mount a traditional computer monitor sound bar to this monitor. FYI ... The back of the monitor has one display port, to HDMI ports, one USB seaport, and a jack for the power supply, which is external.
