• The screen on the laptop is only 60Hz (which is typical for a 4K screen), but you can connect an external display that can run at 144Hz via either HDMI, Display-Port, or Thunderbolt. The 2070 Super Max Q is an incredibly competent card, but you'll need to look up benchmarks for it with the games you're looking for. It is often possible to increase framerate by decreasing quality settings, and Fortnite plays on an iPad, so it probably isn't very demanding ...
