• I won't make it worse in a couple of months, but doing that get the battery worse in every laptop not just in this one

• If you plan to use your laptop primarily as a desktop replacement, consider occasionally unplug it and use the battery to keep it exercised. Ideally, you should discharge it to around 20-30% before recharging it.
