• Both are replaceable, nothing soldered. One of the first things i did when buying was ordering 2 x 16gb, works a charm.

• Hello. Thanks for your question. The RAM is customer accessible. Thee 2 x 8 GB RAM sticks installed. If you want to upgrade to 32 GB, you would need 2-16 GB DDR5-4800 RAM sticks.
