Thank you for the question. To function as HP engineered the laptop, 32GB of RAM is the maximum recommended. 64GB RAM is the maximum for the motherboard, but it may be overkill. The 12th-generation i9 processor has a hybrid architecture that invokes E and P cores making good use of the installed RAM and making large upgrades unnecessary in some cases.
