Can you manually change the refresh rate from 165 hz to 120? I called HP support and they said this was possible through the Image Control settings. I'm trying to get 1440p 120hz on my Xbox Series S and want to make sure this is compatible. null

I have not found a way to cap FPS at 120 through setting on the panel itself. Ps5 May have this setting, being able to go over 120 will not hurt you, however

Yes So when you set a limit on a Monitor it can always do underneath that without a problem. Ive ran my Xbox One X on this monitor and it worked great at 120hz This monitor is either 144hz on HDMI or 165hz on DP
