Something like this is going to be mostly opinion based. If you look at the system requirements for the applications you wish to use, that would be your best bet. If this is higher than the recommended spec wise, you should be fine even after future updates that can affect the performance and settings of the apps. It will depend mostly on what you want to do and the settings you are looking for.
