Many of the Logitech controllers are cheaper, but you will have to look at the ones you like and might have to feel it in person to find if it is comfortable for you. Then look at the developer site to find the requirements and see if it will work with the computer or device you want to use it on. The XBOX controllers have the advantage of being designed to work with Windows. Other controllers will work but might require more updates and special drivers.
