• I added a fan to the bottom. The airflow might be “bad” compared to modern cases, but I have not had any temperature problems with my benchmark tests.

• No, it will be just fine. You can also adjust the fan speed so they run at a higher speed to provide more cooling. There really isn't anything that you can take out to improve the airflow
