Can you add more fans to the front? null

No there is one mount for the 120 mm fan. However you can place a 120 intake on the bottom. There's no mount for it. I let mine sit there. It's held in place using electrical tape.

No you can not, even if you wanted to replace the front fan it would be tough. I added a fan on the bottom and another inside near the HDD bay. This helped with airflow and also replacing stock rear and cpu radiator fans helped alot.
