TLDR; There is a new BIOS version that allows you to use other RAM and mixing and matching worked for me. No Ryzen Master needed. The new BIOS allows for setting a custom profile and I've tested it with adding 16GB (8x2) Corsair Vengance RGB as well as Patriot Viper. It shows up as 3200 in task manager and no instability. People will tell you you can't mix and match RAM but I've done it a few times and as long as it's something like the same capacity for both kits and one kit on even slots and the other on odd slots and you take steps like this profile you can be fine in many cases.

You can set the RAM speed using a Custom Profile to set 3rd party RAM to the correct speed. If you do not do this, then it defaults to 2333 MHz. There are YT videos showing how to do this.
