You would want to look at the system requirements for any software from the developer's website. Updates can change the requirements which can affect which settings you can run the software on or if you can run it at all. Same with the Oculus Quest. It is recommended you go to their site and make sure this unit meets the requirements to support it. You would also want to make sure you have room to use the VR headset.
