I had this exact problem (bought 25 days later than you) and it sounds like the PCIe SSD (Boot drive) is failing. You can run onboard diagnostics to confirm this issue. When your computer starts booting and you see the Omen display, tap the F2 key repeatedly until it takes you to the diagnostics screen. Once there, choose check hard drive and then choose the boot drive (for me it was drive 2, the smaller of the two drives). Test should take a couple of minutes if successful and fail fairly quickly if not. Write down the error code and contact HP Support. You will also need the system serial number and model number. After going through some steps with you, HP will want you to send the computer to a Service Center. I didn't have the best experience with HP Support and didn't want to be without the computer for who knows how long. Asked if they could just send a drive and they said they could, with caveats. Their process ends up charging you $320.00 to send you a new drive and credited back when they receive the bad drive. (This Drive costs about $70 and you can get better ones for around $40). This wasn't something I wanted to do and I ended up purchasing my own replacement drive (larger and faster $90, 3 year warranty) and using Windows Media Creation Tool on USB to restore the OS. Computer is up and running the next day. For me and this issue, the warranty is basically useless. Hope this has helped. Just fyi - I am a Computer Tech with 25+ years of Desktop Support experience.
