Is the CPU able to be upgraded or is it soldered to the board? I read some laptop have ones that clip in and out, want to upgrade to a i7 if possible. Games like Apex Legends are very CPU intensive on this laptop. null

Thanks for the question.  No, sorry, the CPU's are soldered to the board.  You would need to replace the entire system board, which would not be practical.  Here are the replacement system board part #'s:
