“I recently put 16GB of RAM with speeds of 3200mhz in the laptop. It still decides to run the RAM sticks at 2933mhz though. Is there anyway I can make my RAM full at its correct and full speed? The BIOS doesn't show me an option to fix the RAM speed.”

• 2933 is the fastest the processor is capable of, so you succeeded in getting the highest speed.

• If you left any of the original RAM in the computer, the RAM will run at the slowest speed of what's installed. If that's not the case, you'll want to check with the HP support team to see if they can help you resolve the problem
