“can you overclock the cpu or gpu?”

• You can overclock the GPU through Radeon Settings - WattMan. I'm not sure on the CPU. A forum post from an HP rep said no, but you may be able to if you download the Ryzen Master Application from AMD. Overclock at you own risk as always.
