The response does not give enough info. 288 pin DDR4 2400. OK, what is the latency? Voltage? My understanding is that the RAM should match. Not knowing the complete info prevents me from buying 1 stick. I guess I could buy 2 matching sticks and mail the other to HP since they are so secretive.

Ensure it is from a reliable manufacturer and meets the supported RAM mentioned earlier. HP does not publish the manufacturer of the included RAM, only the Part number which is found in the service guide on support.hp.com.
