Does this have a good cooling fan? null

Unfortunately no. But it does the job. The gpu cooling fan is good

Yes, between the case fan and the GPU fans you would have no issue keeping this unit cool. If you ever wanted to upgrade the cooling you certainly could do so as well in the future.
