• I know your question is from years ago, but long story I’ve received 3 off the shelf in the last month and they were all C’s.

• The one I purchased was. Look for the product number on the packaging to be g8x92aa.

• I picked one up in-store 2 weeks ago (March 2018) and can confirm that yes it is hardware revision C. Upon connection to the HP connectivity kit, it upgraded to software version 2018 02 12 (13441). OS Version is V0.050.639
