Those are very basic programs, and this laptop will handle them with ease, although if you have many instances of them open at once, it would be advisable to add RAM. Otherwise, the rest of the specs are much more than you need.

(Sorry, only answered your question with regards to MS365.)

If you use the video editing software bundled with Win11, and only do it occasionally, and with small files, and don't mind waiting a bit without doing anything else, you should be fine.
