HP's answer is outdated.  This laptop can be upgraded to a max of 64GB of RAM and up to 4TB of storage.  I have personally done this and it works.

Storage is as stated by HP. However, while HP states the max RAM is 16GB, users have successfully upped it to 32G.

I recently bought this laptop in Feb of 2025. For clarity, I have the "fb2063dx" model. I upgraded the RAM to 32GB and the computer reads it perfectly fine. I did a lot of research and found many conflicting answer - hope this clears it up for those who are searching for the same answer I was.

Upgraded to 32 gigabytes of ram today. Runs black myth wukong and high end games at optimized medium settings very smoothly and 100 fps on lower settings. I would personally recommend upgrading to 32 gigabytes of DDR5 ram

Yes actually.  You can upgrade it to a maximum of 96GB (48GBx2 sodimms).
