Unfortunately, there are a few different sets of what could be model numbers, since there is inconsistency in naming this model. Is it A1SV3UA#ABA (Best Buy's model number)? HP Victus gaming laptop (a generic name)? 90P69AV or 16-s1000 (two numbers I found at the HP website)? I had the best results with this last number, but HP divides its manuals into different categories. You should be able to find the correct one at https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/setup-user-guides/victus-by-hp-16.1-inch-gaming-laptop-pc-16-s1000/2101821621. As for the correct RAM, it should also be listed somewhere at HP, but you can also check the websites for the numerous RAM dealers (again, I had the best success with the lat number).
