HP needs to train their customer service reps better. While it is true that "both the RAM and SSD in this HP Victus model can be upgraded," as they say. you DO NOT "need to reinstall Windows 11 on the new drive." All you have to do is clone the C-Drive and replace it with the new one. Cloning software is usually available through a download from the manufacturer of the new drive.
