David, thank you for your question about the warranty and support for this laptop! Even though the warranty covers the US and Canada, you can register it in the country where you plan to take this. HP has authorized service centers in most countries. The charger is the HP 230W Smart, measures 180 x 88 x 25.4 millimeters and weighs 650 grams. That is 7" by 3.5" by 1" and a weight of 1.43 pounds. Although the RAM and SSD are user-upgradable, HP recommends having a profession at an authorized HP service provider center make the upgrade, especially during the warranty period.

Please try again later.I don't know why you are so concerned about the dimensions and weight of the charger, since, even if you are worried about carrying it around, all chargers are pretty much the same on the outside. What you should be more interested in is its specs: how much power does it deliver, what voltage is it compatible with, what is the polarity of the barrel tip, can you use the USB C port for charging.
