Hello and thank you for asking. For the HP Victus 16-s1023dx: 1) NVIDIA only lists a TGP of 200W for the RTX 4070. They do not specify if that is with or without dynamic boost. 2) The HP Victus includes a 30-day trial of Microsoft 365 (Office). To turn that trial version into a full version, you will need to purchase a separate product key for either a subscription to Microsoft 365 Personal or Microsoft 365 Family, or for a version of Office 2021. 3) A MUX switch is available, found in the Omen Gaming Hub, pre-loaded on the HP Victus laptop.

There are also a few free Office Suites, not from Microsoft, that can be downloaded, offer full functionality, and are free; just search the web.
