“Anyone know how to enable the second HDMI port at the top my second monitor can't be detected from it”

• The i3-12100F processor doesn't have integrated graphics which is what the F indicates. Any video ports on the motherboard won't be functional. You have to plug in to the graphics card down below. It has 1 HDMI and 1 DVI port. You can find adapters or dedicated cables to go from DVI to HDMI if needed.

• There isn't a second HDMI port on the computer-it only has one. The other video output is a DVI-D.
