• It is a transmiter, so if you are plug in a USB receiver, it should work.

• This unit is not a Bluetooth adapter. If you wish to use a wireless mouse, the computer or tablet must handle Bluetooth by itself. But there is nothing about this unit that would prevent you from using a wireless mouse.
