I can't get the external monitor (Sceptre HDMI 100 Hz) to work when connected to this docking station. The monitor keeps telling me to check my input. The external monitor works fine when I connect it directly to the laptop but that defeats the purpose null

I was wondering if you got this figured out. I'm receiving the same error with the docking station and the laptop.
