No, you need space so that it’s clips are allowed to clamp on. You cannot do this with a case on.

Hi AP, Depending on the case, the 4-port may not fit with the case on. You will want to check out a similar item we have on Best Buy's website that supports 6-ports. The difference with this item is, if the case if not compatible with the hub, there is an additional USB-C extension cable to ensure the hub will operate with a case on it (with the extension attached). The model number will be: HD319B .
