A:AnswerWe don't have information about the response time, but we have mechanical keyboard models that have higher actuation points. This means that a key press would register faster when compared to a model with lower actuation points. Reach out to our support team if you have any questions, we can help find a keyboard that suits you!

A:AnswerNo, it does not have software to customize the keyboard (as far as I'm concerned). You change the RGB color by the dedicated keys at the top of the keyboard, there isn't any software in order to do so. The other keys (volume keys, skip, pause, etc) do not have software as well.
A:AnswerHey Vitalizer!
No, the Alloy Core RGB keyboard does not communicate with the Discord App, but we'll make sure to send your suggestion to our product team.
A:AnswerHey Joshua!
Yes, the Alloy Core RGB keyboard is compatible with the PS4. When shopping for a keyboard for the PS4 console, make sure it supports 6KRO.
A:AnswerThe keys are soldered, so you can't change the switches, however you can change the keycaps. I purchase the HyperX Pudding Keycaps in black and translucent for another keyboard I was thinking of purchasing.
A:AnswerNo on the Red Switches, It's a keyboard with illuminated backing. Best Buy has a demo in the store. But since this Covid-19 you can't go into the Store.
