If you know how to desolder switches, you just need to open the board, desolder them, lube/film the switches, then solder them back on. Stabs can be lubed in the same way.

No, unless you want to desolate all the switches then resolver them. The stabs you could lube with a syringe, dielectric grease, and some patience.
