“When I plugin my keyboard into my laptop it doesent work... Also the rgb doesent light up... Is that normal?”

• No it is not normal. Are you plugging it into a USB C? It should draw power and light up immediately when it is plugged in to your laptop in either style USB Port.

• Hello, Maxpe! Does the Laptop recognize the keyboard by any chance? Have you tried plugging it into a different USB port?
