“Will these work with the HK gk61 60% keyboard? If so, do you recommend these, if not are there any better keycaps for a 60% keyboard?”

• I use them on my personal GK61 and they definitely work but since it’s a 60% keyboard you won’t be able to see your f1-f12 keys but other than that they are great
