Yes, corsair uses cherry mx switches mainly and these are compatible with cherry mx switches. Switch is what the keycap is placed on. It's the part with the cross and led light.

You can use cherry mx red keyboard keys with cherry blue, brown Grey and they fit most others. Corsair uses cherry mx reds and these keys will most certainly fit on it.
