Yes if it has a usb it’s compatible and the buttons are not that loud

Check with Mcirosoft for infoi and whcigh games allow you to use the mouse capabailites. As for button click noise that is subjective because what may be loud to one person may not be for the next, after all it's a gaming mouse with switches that provide crisp tactile feedback and are rated for 20 million clicks.
