• I haven't experienced problems with fans but the mic will pick up keyboard clicks if close enough. Perhaps installing a noise reduction software will help with that.

• Yeah it will but you can turn down the db in windows sound settings. What I use to full proof it is I download a application named "krisp" use HD sound and no background noise at all or fan noise.
