Hi TheJester, Thanks for the question. To answer, we use major generic brands, depending on the timing of the production the brands can vary. We do post that all our parts are discreet for this reason. If you were to purchase this computer today, you might receive a computer with the GPU or RAM that is different from a customer who purchases the computer 2-3 weeks down the line. Just like any other company, no company relies on using only 1 specific model or manufacturer. This is why our parts are not specified and are deemed discreet.
