“Do I have the option to get just the desktop without the mouse and keyboard? I really need to know because I am trying to lower the cost as much as possible yet still be able to play Fortnite at reasonable settings. Thanks!”

Hi, sorry our pc always comes with the basic keyboard and mouse, so there's no this option. For the game you mentioned, it would be no problem to play with normal setting, but if you're looking for high epic setting, we would recommend upgrading the graphic card.
