when I purchased this computer, it was originally for my wife and her crafting. She ended up using a different laptop and it was handed down to me. The advertising comes off as a gaming computer but this computer will NOT handle games that require any decent kind of frame rate. the GeForce 710 will allow my game to load (Everquest which is over 20 years old) but it is so choppy and wonky that any type of gamer could not enjoy themselves. The base price was so low that I didn't complain much. I was able to scavange two 4Gb DDR 3 1600 ram cards I had on an old computer to up it to 16Gb of Ram. I ordered at GeForce GTX 1050 TI for 180.00 and did some research which allows this version of video card to fit seamlessly with no additional power source needs. hope this helps.
