“The motherboard for this set is it a micro atx or full-size atx set up curious how much room I have for future expansion as this computer isn't very elite out the box. Also wouldn't the new graphic cards such as 1050 or 1060 be bottleneck from current cpu”

Yes the fx 6300 does bottleneck a 1050ti and 1060. Upgrade your cpu to a Ryzen 5 2600 or 2600x. Great cpu’s For the price. If you do go to those cpu’s Then you will have to get a motherboard too. B450 tomahawk would be a good option.
