Hello, I would personally recommend a monitor with at least 144Hz so the monitor can keep up with the PC. If that is too expensive though, you can always settle for a 75Hz,or 60Hz monitor. One brand that has really good reliable monitors would be dell, as they not only have a wide selection of monitors to choose from, they are also pretty low priced compared to some competitors.
