• Yes it can run at 1920 X 1080 , Yes the I3-9100F is a Quad Core but does not have hyperthreading, so only 4 Core/ 4 Thread unlike some that are 4 Core/ 8 Thread Also a Note it says 3.6 GHz but I have seen it on many occasions automatically boost to 4.2 GHz so that is a Bonus.

• Yes it will run up to 2 monitors at 1920x1080, 60 FPS
