Hello, Yes you could upgrade the RAM to 16GB and add more storage if you'd like. Unfortunately we are unable to specify the RAM model in the system as we use a variety of brands in our computers depending on what we have in stock. We are also unable to provide specific FPS information as that is dependent on your in game settings.
