“I recently upgraded from a laptop to a PC due to lag on GTA V. Upon starting up story mode on GTA V on my PC, I cannot seem to get much higher then 40fps on lowest settings with 1600x900 resolution, which is not much higher than with my laptop. Advice?”

Hey GunsScorch, Make sure that the display output is plugged into the graphics card instead of the motherboard port. As well, keep the drivers for your video card up to date.
