Not an answer, more of a "this has happened to me as well". I'll be calling iBuyPower tomorrow, because getting through to BestBuy themselves has been a futile effort. I bought my PC 2.5 weeks ago, a few days in and audio stuttering happened, which preceded PC shutdown and restart. I've done so much self troubleshooting, I'm convinced it is the low-tier Solytech PSU that they put into this build. The rest of the PC's function is great, but to spend about $1200 and have this kind of problem out of the box is saddening and ridiculous. I would not recommend any more units get shipped unless iBuyPower reconsiders what they put into their builds.
