Questioncan you set up another monitor with this pc? theres only one hdmi port on the graphics card

- Answer Yes. You can use the hdmi for one monitor and the display port (different cable) for the other monitor then configure for 2 monitors.

- Answer I had this same issue, what I did was I opened the pc, unscrewed the fan, took the screws off of the motherboard, and just kind of shook it up and down a bit, put the screws back and it fixed itself... Hopefully this helps. You just gotta play around with it

QuestionSince this pc comes with liquid cooler do I need to add fluids inside and if so how do I find it. I don’t want to push it to its limit without finding out if I need to add any fluid inside it? I’m new to pc gaming so I’m not as familiar

- Answer Hello there, No, you will not need to add fluid as this system has a new 120mm Addressable RGB Liquid Cooler which already has a full amount of liquid inside. Hope this helps and please let us know if you have any other questions!

QuestionMy back fan makes a thud noise every 3 seconds due to it clipping on to the other fan causing it to click does anyone know how to fix, I've managed to stop it for a few seconds by holding it with a toothpick through the case of the pc

QuestionI cannot change the RGB. When I try to open the preinstalled app, it opens a box “error 0xFFFB there is no asr vga card and asr usb led header!” Whats up with that???

- Answer Z390 Phantom Gaming 4S https://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/Z390%20Phantom%20Gaming%204S/index.asp#Download You will want to be very careful when updating the BIOS as it may do more harm than I good. I would definitely encourage you to contact iBuypower support before updating the BIOS.

- Answer If you have the Z390 Phantom Gaming 4S motherboard, Bluetooth should already be enabled. Check Settings > Devices or open the Action Center and look for the Bluetooth icon.

QuestionSo I was having some trouble with adding a second ssd into this desktop, but I only found the SATA cable to connect to the ssd, do I need to get a splitter for the power cable to connect to the ssd or it already has one?

- Answer You will need to purchase an additional SATA cable. If you have the ASRock z930 motherboard, you will find two free SATA ports near the lower edge of the board toward the right. They will be labeled SATA4 and SATA5.
